Visit & Study Japan Grant Program 2019
100周年記念事業のひとつであるVisit & Study Japan Grant Program（VSJ)の奨学生5名が選ばれ、今回はその中の一人、カリフォルニア大学サンタバーバラ校東アジア言語・文化学学科博士課程に在籍しているカール・ゲイブリエルソンさんが事務局に来られ、研究テーマの説明や滞在中の抱負を述べられました。
約1ヶ月の滞在で「在日米軍基地と日米文化交流」について研究されます。
7月4日（木）に日米協会事務局内で報告会を実施予定です。
“VSJ” is one of four AJS centennial commemoration programs.
The selection committee of the Society chose 5 recipient students this year.
Mr. Carl Gabrielson, East Asian Languages and Cultural Studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara, is the one of this year recipients and he visited our office and told about his research.
He will report his research “U.S. Military Bases and U.S.-Japan Cultural Exchange”, on July 4th at AJS office.
