The 10th Meeting of The Next Generation’s Round-table in Tokyo 2021-2022
On September 6th, 2022, the 10th session of the 5th Next Generation Roundtable in Tokyo (NGRT) was held at Roppongi Hills. We invited Ms. Eriko Asai, President of GE Japan and Chair of ACCJ (American Chamber of Commerce in Japan), to speak on the theme of “How to Become a Transformation Leader.” She emphasized the importance of culture transformation as a means to initiate innovative ideas.
Participants were able to enjoy enthusiastic and heated discussions about skills that are necessary to become a transformation leader and how to acquire them, the kind of culture needed to drive business transformation, and how to make an impact on sustainable society. Finally, Ms. Asai noted the importance of talking about one’s troubles to others, before ending the session.
