Online session for students: “Job Roundtable” ーMr. Yasumasa Yamamoto, Venture Investorー

On Wednesday, September 21, a job roundtable discussion was held online for the student members of the America-Japan Society of Japan. The guest speaker was Mr. Yasumasa Yamamoto, a venture capitalist who received his M.B.A. from the University of Tokyo.

Mr. Yamamoto spoke about how to develop a career plan based on his own experiences and the type of person who will be in demand in the future. The students learned the importance of building a career path while hypothesizing, questioning the system, and meeting people. During the Q&A session, participating students discussed their own visions for the future. It was a meaningful opportunity to deepen their understanding of career development and to reflect on their own visions.
