General Colin Powell passed away. We feel a great loss. Everyone knows that he was a Superman in the fields of military and diplomacy. Not only that: he impressed all who met him with his warmth and decency. I am one of those people. He was really instrumental in fortifying Japan-US relations when he was Secretary of State. May his soul rest peacefully in heaven.
